Models from 8 m³ to 26 m³ provide electric-powered mixing for dairy farms, beef operations, and centralized feed facilities

BEIJING, China — October 9, 2026 — Aoxin (Beijing) Mechanical Technology Co., Ltd. offers its 9JGL series of stationary total mixed ration (TMR) mixers for livestock operations that prepare feed at a dedicated location. Available in capacities from 8 m³ to 26 m³, the series is designed to process silage, hay, straw, and concentrate feeds before the finished ration is transported to feeding areas.

Unlike self-propelled TMR mixers, which travel between feed storage areas, mixing locations, and barns, the 9JGL series remains installed at a dedicated mixing station. Each machine is powered by an electric motor, while separate feed wagons, conveyors, or other handling equipment can be used to move the finished TMR to livestock housing areas. This configuration is suited to farms that use centralized feed preparation and prefer to separate mixing from feed distribution.

9JGL Series Stationary TMR Mixer Specifications

The 9JGL series uses NM400 wear-resistant steel for the hopper bottom and side panels. The hopper bottom is 20 mm thick, while side-panel thickness ranges from 8 mm to 10 mm depending on the model. The inner hopper surface is shot-peened for improved surface durability, and the exterior is finished with electrostatic powder coating. Hopper components are designed for a rated service life of at least 30,000 operating hours.

Models with capacities below 16 m³ use a single vertical auger, while models 18 m³ and larger use two vertical augers. The augers are fitted with serrated convex blades made from SK-II grade material. The first two spiral turns use thicker blades to support the cutting of coarse and long-fiber forage.

The drive shaft rotates at 540 rpm in a counterclockwise direction when viewed from the motor end. For consistent mixing performance, the recommended working fill level is approximately 85% of the machine's total mixing capacity.

The available models include:

  • 9JGL-8: 4,080 × 2,355 × 2,540 mm; 3,700 kg; 8 m³ mixing capacity; 30 kW motor; maximum mixing load of 2,800 kg.
  • 9JGL-10: 4,105 × 2,355 × 2,700 mm; 3,850 kg; 10 m³ mixing capacity; 30 kW motor; maximum mixing load of 3,500 kg.
  • 9JGL-12: 4,300 × 2,340 × 3,000 mm; 4,100 kg; 12 m³ mixing capacity; 37 kW motor; maximum mixing load of 4,200 kg.
  • 9JGL-14: 4,290 × 2,755 × 2,995 mm; 4,150 kg; 14 m³ mixing capacity; 55 kW motor; maximum mixing load of 4,900 kg.
  • 9JGL-16: 4,365 × 2,755 × 3,360 mm; 4,300 kg; 16 m³ mixing capacity; 55 kW motor; maximum mixing load of 5,600 kg.
  • 9JGL-18: 6,500 × 2,650 × 2,400 mm; 7,900 kg; 18 m³ mixing capacity; 55 kW motor; maximum mixing load of 6,300 kg.
  • 9JGL-20: 6,440 × 2,710 × 2,650 mm; 8,350 kg; 20 m³ mixing capacity; 55 kW motor; maximum mixing load of 7,000 kg.
  • 9JGL-24: 6,940 × 2,710 × 2,925 mm; 8,600 kg; 24 m³ mixing capacity; 75 kW motor; maximum mixing load of 8,400 kg.
  • 9JGL-26: 6,855 × 2,750 × 3,000 mm; 9,400 kg; 26 m³ mixing capacity; 95 kW motor; maximum mixing load of 9,100 kg.

How the Stationary TMR Mixer Works

Operators load roughage and concentrate ingredients into the hopper according to the required ration. The electric motor drives the vertical auger and cutting blades, allowing the ingredients to be chopped, lifted, and blended into a uniform TMR mixture.

Once mixing is complete, the finished ration is discharged from the machine and transferred to the feeding areas using separate transport equipment. Operators should not exceed the specified maximum mixing load and follow the recommended 85% working fill level to support consistent mixing results.

Designed for Centralized Feed Preparation

The 9JGL series is designed for livestock facilities with a dedicated area for feed preparation, including:

•  Commercial dairy farms with centralized feed-mixing stations

•  Large-scale beef cattle operations and feedlots

•  Multi-barn livestock facilities that transport prepared feed to separate housing areas

•  Farms looking to use electric-powered mixing equipment in place of tractor-driven mobile mixers

A stationary mixing setup keeps feed preparation in one designated area and allows transportation to be handled separately. This can simplify the movement of equipment around the farm and reduce the need for a mixing vehicle to travel repeatedly between barns and feed storage areas.
