BEIJING, China — August 25, 2026 — Aoxin (Beijing) Mechanical Technology Co., Ltd. today announced the availability of its 9TLC-DW full-electric feed-pushing robot, an electric feeding robot built to perform regular feed-pushing tasks inside livestock barns. The unit addresses common on-farm challenges including inconsistent feed pushing frequency, night-shift manpower requirements and repetitive manual work within dairy and cattle operations.
Many dairy and cattle facilities rely on staff to repeatedly push feed toward feed fences throughout day-and-night cycles. Manual feed pushing creates scheduling pressure, especially during overnight hours. Conventional fuel-driven pusher equipment generates exhaust and noise which limit its use inside enclosed barn buildings. The 9TLC-DW electric feeding robot carries out feed-pushing tasks autonomously to reduce the frequency of manual intervention for this recurring barn work.
Mechanical Dimensions and Basic Vehicle Specifications
Designated 9TLC-DW, this feed-pushing robot adopts a push-plate material-pushing structural type. Excluding the push plate, its outer dimensions measure 2500mm × 1000mm × 1800mm. The wheelbase is 1500mm, front track width is 845mm, and rear track width is 825mm, with a total vehicle mass of approximately 800kg.
The robot uses an integrated steer-by-wire steering system, paired with an electronic-hydraulic brake-by-wire dynamic braking system. It is fitted with an integrated axle suspension damping structure and EPB electronic parking brake. Tire specification is 145/60 R13. The minimum turning radius reaches ≥3300mm and ground clearance is ≥150mm, allowing movement along narrow feed alleys and crossing small ground obstacles present in typical barn environments.
Navigation and Obstacle-Detection Setup
Navigation uses LiDAR combined with RTK satellite positioning. Obstacle-detection devices include ultrasonic radar and LiDAR. The dual sensing system identifies livestock, railings and other barn objects during operation, allowing the robot to adjust movement accordingly while executing assigned feed-pushing routes.
Battery, Charging and Performance Parameters
Power supply comes from a 76.8V, 100Ah lithium-ion battery pack. The robot supports wireless charging and automatic docking charging modes, with full charging completed within 2 hours. It achieves a maximum travel speed of 30km/h and a driving range of up to 70km. Maximum gradeability reaches 15%. Operators can set task cycles for regular feed-pushing operations according to actual barn management requirements.
Equipment Designed for In-Barn Repetitive Feed-Pushing Work
The robot is purpose-built for repeated feed-pushing assignments inside existing cattle barns. No large-scale modification to barn infrastructure is required for deployment. Electric power eliminates exhaust emissions and reduces operating noise compared with combustion-powered pushers. Farms can schedule autonomous runs to keep feed positioned close to feed fences throughout day and night shifts.
